To ensure your safety and ours, Hollywood Waxing Studio has implemented the following requirements and protocols at our studio.
Masks and hand sanitizer. Upon entering, we will check your temperature with a forehead thermometer and ask that you wash or sanitize your hands before we start our service. Everyone in the studio is required to wear a mask.
Cleaning and disinfecting practices. Though the studio has always been cautious about cleanliness and safety, we've taken extra precautions to ensure that our staff and clients are protected from the risk of COVID-19. We’ve always performed frequent glove changes and room sanitation between services (per usual), and we've implemented 5-10 minute breaks between appointments to wipe down all surfaces where services are performed.
Book early if you're a high-risk client. Please book our early hours, 8 AM-10 AM. You can call, email, text or use our booking link to set an appointment. If you don't see a time you'd like, contact us and we'll try to accommodate you. See CDC guidelines for what’s considered high risk.
Prepaid packages. In order to reduce your time in the studio and reduce your need to contact common surfaces we encourage you to purchase packages through our website or contact us by email or phone ahead of time to prepay over the phone or online.
Social distancing and extra guests. Please try to arrive on time to the studio within 2-3 minutes of your appointment, not much earlier or later. At this time, we will only be able to allow individuals with appointments into the studio. We kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests.
Stay home if you're not feeling well. If you have any symptoms or are generally not feeling well, please wait until you're feeling better to schedule and appointment. If you become sick between booking your appointment and arriving, please reschedule. Our cancellation policy is simple: give us a heads up, no penalty. Please understand that we reserve the right to cancel or stop your appointment if you appear to be sick. If you have been in contact with someone who has been sick within 2 weeks of your appointment, please do not come and reschedule. If you have traveled recently, we also ask that you quarantine for 2 weeks before coming into the studio.
